Refund Policy

Crypto plans are prepaid access. Because blockchain transfers are sent directly to the displayed treasury address, refunds are handled manually and are not automatic.

When a refund may be available

  • The same payment was submitted and verified more than once for the same wallet and period.
  • A payment was successfully received but a confirmed service error prevented entitlement from being activated, and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.
  • A payment was sent with the correct wallet, network, token, and amount but could not be matched because of a service-side verification failure.

When a refund is normally not available

  • You sent funds to the wrong address, on the wrong network, using an unsupported token, or from a different wallet.
  • You changed your mind, did not use the prepaid access, or forgot to renew before it expired.
  • Gas fees, network fees, token price changes, or an incorrect amount caused by your wallet or exchange.
  • Losses caused by signing a transaction, approving a spender, exposing a private key, or using a compromised wallet.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with the wallet address, transaction hash, payment network, token, amount, and a short explanation. Never send a seed phrase or private key. We may ask for public transaction information to verify the request. Requests should normally be made within 7 days of payment.

Processing

We will review the transaction and service logs. If approved, a refund will be sent to the verified originating wallet when technically and legally appropriate. Blockchain confirmation and transfer times are outside our control. A refund does not create an automatic cancellation of a different active period.

This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
